Tickets for Franz Ferdinand's October tour are on sale today (April 24) at 9am (BST).

The band will kickstart the jaunt at the Newcastle O2 Academy on October 15.

The tour will then move on to Sheffield, Manchester, Wolverhampton and Leeds before culminating at London O2 Academy Brixton on October 23.

'Blood', the dub version of Franz Ferdinand's latest album 'Tonight: Franz Ferdinand', is to receive a full release on June 1.

Dizzee Rascal will also be heading out on tour this autumn.

The British rapper will play Newcastle O2 Academy on October 6. The tour will then call at Cambridge, Norwich, Liverpool and Leeds.

The final date of Dizzee Rascal's tour will be at Brighton Dome on October 27.

The Bristolians play London O2 Academy Brixton on September 17.

The tour will then call at Sheffield, Birmingham, Manchester and Leicester, before ending at Swindon Oasis Leisure Centre on October 10.
